If you get yourself to Chester, and walk along Northgate near the Dublin Packet Public House, then you should bump into 'Modern Millie, Clare - singing and dancing away in the square.

Modern Millie, or Clare, is famous for her audience courtesy code, where she requests the public also behave respectfully towards performers who "bear their soul every time they entertain" on the Chester streets. Her story was featured in Cheshire Live in April this year.
Clare has also protested against
